| 2 days in a row! Yesss! (pumps fist).
We won football 55-12. That was pretty nice, considering it was homecoming and all. Not that I'm going, by the way, I just like football.
And I have to get up at 8 for work, which sucks.
So, goodbye to you all, and maybe I'll post again sometime in the next month. We'll see.

| | Currently Watching The Departed By Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson, Martin Sheen, Vera Farmiga, Mark Wahlberg, Anthony Anderson, Ray Winstone, Alec Baldwin, Lawrence Cameron Steele, Zachary Pauliks, Brendan Burke (IV), Andrew Breving, Gary Lockwood, Janet Borgman, Bo Cleary, Elizabeth Dings, Nicolas Quilter, Duncan Inches, Joel Arsenault see related | Blah blah blah why is it so hard to keep up with this thing? Someone tell me! I must know!
Anyway, the highlights of the past month and a half include me going to a Roger Waters concert (I nearly died it was so awesome) and an Eric Clapton concert (awesome again) and spending $35 on a T-shirt at each. Yes, there are some things that will make me open my wallet.
I have also gone to school, which is pretty boring, actually. Disappointing, being senior year and all. I've also worked. Yay. And seen alot of movies (all of them free, most good, some bad). The best one is definitely The Departed.

| | Currently Watching Snakes on a Plane By Samuel L. Jackson, Byron Lawson, Nathan Phillips (II), Candice Macalino, Taylor Kitsch, Casey Dubois, Gerard Plunkett, David Koechner, Bobby Cannavale, Crystal Lowe, Terry Chen, Kenan Thompson, Bruce James (II), Flex Alexander, Elsa Pataky, Lin Shaye, Mark Houghton, Daniel Hogarth, Darryl Quon, Rachel Blanchard see related | Today was my last first day of school. (Not counting college, that is). It was... interesting. It shall prove to be interesting as time goes on.
Anyways, on Monday I saw Snakes on a Plane. It was awesomely terrible. It was shamelessly bad. Yet, it was awesome. Don't ask me how that works. I think, though, that it must have something to do with the fact that Samuel L. Jackson breathes awesomeness regardless of anything.
So that's my two cents on that.

| | Currently Watching Gone with the Wind (Two-Disc Edition) By Clark Gable, Vivien Leigh, Everett Brown, Fred Crane, Howard C. Hickman, Leslie Howard, Victor Jory, Evelyn Keyes, Hattie McDaniel, Butterfly McQueen, Thomas Mitchell, Barbara O'Neil, Oscar Polk, George Reeves, Alicia Rhett, Ann Rutherford, Olivia de Havilland see related | Upon realizing that my abscence from Xanga had reached epic proportions, I thought it would be prudent if I were to post once again.
I went to Oklahoma with Ian last week (Tuesday, to be specific). I must say the highlight of the trip was a Pink Floyd marathon that lasted all the way across Missouri, and consisted of Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals, and The Wall. We also took some fun pictures of the arch in St. Louis. It was really hot in Oklahoma (100 degrees at 10 in the AM).
And last night, I watched Gone With the Wind. Only as I was nearing the end of the film did the irony of the fact that I was watching perhaps the greatest epic romance of all time BY MYSELF dawn on me. Anyway, the movie was amazing and moving in alot of ways. Too many to write about, anyway.

| The time to post has come once again.
The "epic adventure" of last weekend was quite epic indeed. It involoved long hours of driving, long, painful, sweaty hours of hiking, even more painful hours of sunburn, lots of salty, calorie-filled food, and much cow taunting. Anyway, it was fun.
And now I've worked every day since last Tuesday. I work today, making a nice eight days in a row before I get a nice two days off. Which should be loads of fun. I think I shall go buy myself some new shorts.
I have also seen POTC: Dead Man's Chest 3 times in the last week. Once at an employee showing at about 1:30 Thursday morning, then Friday night with alot of people who thought the movie sucked because they are lame. And then I saw it again yesterday, and had the misfortune (or fortune, depending on how you view these things) of sitting on the second row.
But, um, yeah. I guess that's how it goes.
